以两个马铃薯普通栽培种“Atlantic”和“甘农薯2号”的无毒试管苗为材料,研究了离体条件下,GA3和IAA对匍匐茎发生和结薯的影响,及在此条件下固体培养、固液双层培养和液体培养3种不同培养方式对马铃薯微型薯诱导和发育的影响。

结果表明:用液固双相培养法培养布氏白僵菌获取高孢粉,在液相培养阶段,SDAY+2%麦芽糖是较好的培养基;固相培养阶段,以大米+稻壳+黄粉虫粪组合产孢量较高,且在培养的第五天白僵菌产孢量即达到高峰,这比已报道的其他培养料配方的产孢高峰时间缩短2-3天。
