鲜干巴菌600克、火腿80克、鸡脯肉100克、辣椒60克

(1)菌治净后撕成丝,加盐稍揉后放清水淘洗,再撒少许面粉肉捏。辣椒、火腿、鸡脯肉切丝,蒜切细丁,鸡脯丝用蛋糊上浆。(2)干巴菌下油锅炒熟装盘。鸡丝用温油划至断生沥油,置于干巴菌中央,锅留底油,下蒜、红辣椒丝,炒香置于鸡丝中央,用火腿围边即成。
