鲜干巴菌600克、火腿80克、鸡脯肉100克、辣椒60克

（1）菌治净后撕成丝，加盐稍揉后放清水淘洗，再撒少许面粉肉捏。辣椒、火腿、鸡脯肉切丝，蒜切细丁，鸡脯丝用蛋糊上浆。（2）干巴菌下油锅炒熟装盘。鸡丝用温油划至断生沥油，置于干巴菌中央，锅留底油，下蒜、红辣椒丝，炒香置于鸡丝中央，用火腿围边即成。
