  检测高铁血红蛋白的定性试验。正常血红蛋白可与空气中的氧结合成为氧合血红蛋白,呈鲜红色;又可和氧分离成为还原血红蛋白,呈暗红色。高铁血红蛋白不能与氧结合,呈棕色,但其能被氰化钾还原成氧合血红蛋白而变成鲜红色。根据高铁血红蛋白的这一特性可用分光镜法和化学反应法进行测定。
