【来源】
为苦苣苔科植物青竹标的根。
【植物形态】
青竹标 多年生攀援植物。叶对生或3叶轮生，具短柄，叶片长椭圆形至披针形，长6～10厘米，宽2～3厘米，先端渐尖，基部楔形，边缘微波状，肉质。聚伞花序顶生，有长柄；多花，疏散；萼片狭披针形；花冠管状，直立，2唇形；子房上位，花盘环状。蒴果线形，长8～9厘米，宽2～3毫米，于次年室裂达基部成2果瓣，膜质。 多生于大山林中。分布云南、贵州等地。
【采集】
夏、秋采收。
【性味】
性平，味涩。
【功用主治】
凉血，止血，止咳，利湿。治咳血，风湿疼痛。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两；或泡酒。
