The results showed that a novel antimicrobial peptide to Yersinia ruckeri was isolated and purified from Penaeus chinensis by Sephadex G-50 gel filtration and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatogra.
经初步鉴定,该抗菌肽具有广谱抗性,不仅抗鲁克氏耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia ruckeri),而且对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphyloccus aureus)、枯草杆菌(Bacillus subttilis)等革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)等革兰氏阴性菌和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)等真菌也有较强的抗性。

| 克耶人 Kayahs 亚洲中南半岛缅甸民族。主要分布在缅甸克耶邦。属蒙古人种南亚类型。使用克耶语，系克伦语的一种方言，属汉藏语系藏缅语族。信仰小乘佛教，也信鬼神 ；部分人改信基督教。缅甸人称克耶人为“克伦尼”(Karenni) ，意为红克伦人。其祖先为游牧部落，约在8世纪前定居于缅甸。实行土司世袭制。英国统治时期改设中央土司署，下辖若干行政区。第二次世界大战爆发后，克耶人积极参加反英斗争和抗日战争。1951年缅甸政府根据本族人民意愿，定名为“克耶族”，将其分布地区克伦尼邦改为“克耶邦”。克耶人以农业为主，山地耕作仍然保持刀耕火种。 |
