The result shows UV-C radiation at a given range of dosage promoted formation of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid of the cabbage, and that the culture solution of photosynthetic bacteria played a role in isolation and protection from UV-C and facilitated to stabilize the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid formed in the Chinese cabbage.

诊法。精液微生物 检查项目之一。以无菌技术将标本分别接种于血平板、巧克力平板、伊红美蓝平板、麦康凯 平板和葡萄糖肉汤增菌液内，将巧克力平板置CO2环境，一并放入35℃温箱，培养18 ～24 小时，观察菌落生长情况，分别作生化试验，鉴定细菌种属。精液中可能常见的细菌鉴定 程序：①淋病双球菌，取巧克力平板生长可疑菌落作生化反应，进一步鉴定。②肠杆菌 科细菌 ，取伊红美蓝平板和麦康凯平板可疑菌落作生化反应，进一步鉴定。③非发酵菌按非发酵菌 生化反应鉴定。④葡萄球菌及链球菌，按双岐索引作血浆凝固酶、O/F、杆菌肽、Optochin 等试验鉴定。
