The poor situation of small-scale reservoirs in Taishun County is introduced in the paper due to long running period and natural damages such as concrete crack,corrosion and carbonization.
泰顺县小型水库工程规模小,设计、施工和运行管理资料缺乏,加上运行时间长,部分大坝混凝土结构存在开裂、溶蚀、碳化和环境腐蚀等破坏,土工建筑物存在接触流土和接触冲刷,岩土边坡存在渗流破坏等现象,应对大坝防洪、稳定、渗流等方面进行复核,以了解其安全程度,得出准确可行的安全评价结论,安全评价应以防洪能力、渗流和结构安全为重点,通过现场检测为水库整治、排除隐患等提供安全的对策措施。
