图3公猪阉割术 切口时.不能伤及阴衰中缝和纵隔.以免影响伤口愈合。争丸挤出后.术者以左手拇指、食指捏住攀丸和梢腆韧带连接处撕断。再换右手捏住争丸,稍向外拉.左手将鞘腆韧带和总鞘膜向腹璧推送,并以拇指、食指捏住争丸上方精索.轻轻刮挫,使逐渐断离。刮挫时,不能用力过猛,以防骤然拉断。大公猪则要在结扎精索后.才能切除攀丸。当右侧争丸摘除后,以同样方法摘除左侧攀丸。若系小公猪.可在两侧辜丸同时挤出后,分别撕断梢膜韧带,切断其精索。手术公猪阉割术(swine eastration)摘除公猪攀丸以终止其繁殖能力的手术,为中国民间畜禽阉创术的主要内容之一。首见于《肘后备急方》。中国的公猪阉割术具有悠久的历史,在公元前n世纪的殷墟卜辞中便有象形文字记载。在《丰L记》中则有“‘泵曰刚俄,眯日庸肥”的记载。“泵”指未阉割的猪,“豚”指已阉割的猪。说明阉割有“易长易肥”的效应。几千年来,由于不断总结实践经验,阉割技术也在不断提高。适合完毕后,于切口涂抹碘配.一般不进行缝合。民间习惯在术后放猪前.挤去其包皮中白色积尿。 (陈长佑)阉割的年龄为30一45天。对淘汰公猪,则可随时施术。 局部构造与阉割有关的局部器官,主要是阴续、翠丸和由愉精管等所组成的精索。在进行阉割之前,须了解这些构造的特点。 阴囊是装辜丸的肉囊。由皮肤、肉膜.攀外提、总鞘膜等所组成。在阴囊外中线上,有一条阴资,内由阴囊中隔将阴囊分为左右两部分。公猪的阴,紧贴于会阴部。无肌缝姚阴囊颈。阴囊壁分为三层,外层为皮肤,中层为肉膜,内层为筋膜。筋膜内为鞘膜,鞘膜又分为总鞘膜和固有鞘膜两部分,在两层之间,形成鞘膜腔,辜丸即在其中(图l)。固有鞘膜为脏层腹膜,它紧紧包着翠丸、副皋和精索。其皱摺部分形成愉精管系膜,包着愉精管,并于副翠处形成阴囊韧带。 肇丸和副辜是公猪精液产生和成熟图l公猪阴囊结构模式图1.执索;2.副攀;3.阴吸中隔;4.固有鞘膜;5.精腆腔:6.总精膜;7.总鞘膜纤维层;8、宰外提肌;9.筋膜10.肉 膜;11.皮吠的主要器官。两个辜丸呈水平状排列,位于两个总鞘膜囊内。副辜紧贴于辜丸外上方,分副攀头和副笨尾,图2公猪辛丸和副辛1.输精管;2.精索:3.副攀头;4.攀九; 5.副攀尾其后为输精管(图2)。
