zhouzhuan shi」jan周转时间(c ycle time)指焦炉操作中，同一炭化室(炉孔)两次推焦(或装煤)的时间间隔。也是由一套焦沪机械操作的全部炉孔的总操作时间加检修时间之和。它是衡量焦炉生产能力的重要指标。操作时间的长短取决于操作一个炉孔所需的时间和所操作的炉孔总数。根据周转时间.可制订焦炉循环检修计划。结焦时间较短或煤料挥发分较高时，炭化室内容易产生沉积炭，而有可能引起焦饼难推。因此，需定期烧空炉，即炭化室在推焦后暂不装煤，利用由止升管产生的热浮力，从远离上升管一侧的装煤孔吸入空气来烧掉沉积炭。烧空炉的时间为操作时间的倍数，烧单空炉指第二个炉孔推焦后，再给第一个炉孔装煤，若原操作时间为10分钟，则烧单空炉后的操作时间为20分钟;烧双空炉则是指第三个炉孔推焦时，再装第一个炉孔.此时的操作时间为30分钟。烧空炉增加的操作时间以缩短结焦时间来补偿，以保证周转时间不变。焦炉操作率是焦炉24/二、时内出焦的炉孔数与焦炉总炉孔数之比，也是一孔炭化室一昼夜出炉的次数。 庄二、**每日推焦炉孔数、，。。。/ 焦炉操作率~先轰携兴若甘命并xl。。.% 局”~’r”一焦炉总炉孔数‘、‘”‘’zJ 它可作为焦炉生产状况的考核指标周转时间和焦炉操作率有如下的关系: 周转时间二24h/焦炉操作率对已经生产的焦沪而言，炭化室宽度已经固定，可用焦炉操作率判断焦炉每年的生产情况。 (葛茂弟李哲浩)
