花生生产机械化(meeha垃zation of peanutproduction)在花生生产各项作业中，机电动力和机具的广泛应用。全世界花生种植面积的95%以上、产量的90%以上是在亚洲、非洲和南美洲的发展中国家。中国1988年花生产量达6“.4万吨，占世界花生总产量的25.3%，但机械化水平较低。美国是发达国家中最大的花生生产国，60年代初就实现了机械化生产，各种花生作业机械配套齐全。目前，光电清选、太阳能烘干等新技术已应用于花生生产。 花生生产过程中耕整地、播种、施肥、植保等项作业都可使用大田通用型作业机具，但要求在耕整地的同时完成起垄作业。播种作业要求等距穴播。采用地膜顶盖栽培花生时，还需完成筑畦作业，并在播种前后铺放塑料薄膜。中国在70年代末开始发展花生地膜覆盖栽培技术，80年代初研制成各种类型的铺膜机和铺膜播种机。有的花生铺膜播种机可一次完成平畦、开沟、播种、极土、喷药、切畦边、铺膜、压膜边等多项作业。 花生的收获包括挖掘、分离泥土、摘果和清选等项作业。美国于20世纪40一60年代先后研制出能一次完成挖掘、分离泥土并集条铺放的花生挖掘机，以及与之配套的花生捡拾摘果机，实现了花生收获机械化。同时还发展了能一次完成挖掘、分离泥土、摘果、清选与集果作业的花生联合收获机，但应用较少。中国在60一70年代先后研制生产了固定作业的花生摘果机和拖拉机悬挂的花生挖掘机。80年代初，为适应中国南方花生收获季节阴雨较多、气候潮湿地区的需要，研制了花生联合收获机。 在花生收获前，尚需用花生清裸机将相邻行交织在一起的茎蔓切断，并切除部分茎叶，以利于收获作业的进行，并减少混人花生果中的茎叶童。收获后的带壳花生用花生脱壳机脱壳或直接送入油厂，用各种油料加工机械加工制成花生油，榨油后的油饼用粉碎机粉碎后可用作饲料或肥料。(何堪昌)
