To explore the effect mechanism of drought-resistance chemicals, by using germination experiment, solution culture and rape potted planting with corn cultivers qianxing4hao and jiaosandanjiao was conducted, the effects of two kinds of drought-resistance chemicals (ASA and FA handilong) on drought- resistant index and biochemical characteristics and yield and quality were studied.
为弄清抗旱剂的作用机制，以黔兴4号和交三单交两种玉米品种为材料，通过发芽、水培和盆栽实验，研究两种抗旱剂(ASA和FA旱地龙)对玉米抗旱指标、生化特性及产量品质的影响。

In this paper the seedlings of Triticum aestivum are used to test the effectiveness of a new type drought resister developed by the Institute of Plant Stress,Shandong Normal University through contrast experiments.
以小麦为实验材料 ,通过对比实验发现新型抗旱剂浸种可以增加小麦幼苗的干重和根冠比 ,增加水分的吸收和利用 ,提高光合性能 ,降低chla/b比 ,保持叶绿素的稳定性 ,降低膜透性 ,提高渗透调节能力 ,从而证明新型抗旱剂是一种稳定有效的抗旱试剂 。
