According to the hydrologic characteristics and hydrologic data of the Niyang River Basin, flood forecasting models for some hydrological observation stations in the river basin, including the Gongbujiangda station, the Baheqiao station, the Gengzhang station, and the Bayi station, were developed with the black-box model based on the mixed linear regression model.
