玉米摘穗剥皮机

玉米摘称剥皮机(maize pieker一husker) 在田间进行玉米摘称并剥下果德苞叶的作业机具。是在玉米摘稼机上增加了剥皮装置。根据摘艳辊在机具上的配置,分为卧辊式和立辊式两种。前者适用于不回收茎秆地区,后者适用于茎秆回收地区。 玉米摘德剥皮机的摘德过程与玉米摘稼机相同。因能耗大、机具较重、偏牵引等因素的影响,机具割幅一般不超过3行,生产率为0.5一1.4公顷/小时,每行所需功率为13一16千瓦。摘下的果德经果称翰送器送往剥皮装置剥去苞叶,苞叶由螺旋推运器推向一侧排出机外,已剥去苞叶的果穗经果稼升运器送往挂车。摘秘后的玉米茎秆经切碎装置切碎后,抛送至随行汽车或撒于田间。 玉米摘稼剥皮机的摘穗装置、切碎装置、纵向喂人和夹持提升装t与玉米摘稼机相同。剥皮装置与玉米剥皮机的剥皮部件墓本相同。但为了适应行走机具的特点,要求剥皮装!结构简化、紧凑、重量轻,苞叶剥净率可低于玉米剥皮机(达到70%即可满足生产要求)。工作时果林由翰送器直接喂在剥皮辊上,剥皮辊排列成槽形。一对摘穗辊需配2,~3对剥皮辊,才能协调连续作业。为了减轻剥皮辊的负荷,提高果称的剥净率,还须配置风机和排茎器(装在果穆翰送器出口处)等部件,使杂质不进人剥皮装置。(周国柱)
