In this paper, the characteristics of soil organic carbon (SOC) pool, potential mineralization carbon (PMC) pool, microbial biomass carbon (MBC) pool, and the dissolubility organic carbon (DOC) pool have been investigated to discover the relationship of soil organic carbon pool among different land use types in Tiantong.
本文以常绿阔叶林顶级群落(栲树群落)为参照，对比其他土地利用类型与栲树群落的差异，分别从不同土地利用类型的土壤总有机碳库特征，土壤可矿化碳库特征，土壤微生物量碳库特征，土壤可溶性有机碳库特征四个方面进行调查分析，旨在对天童地区不同土地利用类型土壤有机碳特征进行研究，探讨土地利用变化对土壤有机碳的影响。

Potentially mineralized C (C0), easily mineralized C (C1) and the initial potential rate of C mineralization (C0k) were significantly different among the treatments with a general decline order of organic manure treatments>mineral fertilizer treatments>control, which were positively correlated to soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and microbial activity.
拟合所得土壤潜在可矿化有机碳量(C0)、易矿化有机碳量(C1)和初始潜在矿化速率(C0k)均表现出有机肥处理高于化肥处理,施肥处理高于不施肥处理(NK处理除外),与土壤有机碳、全氮和土壤微生物活度均呈显著正相关;有机碳矿化速率(k)和土壤潜在可矿化有机碳占土壤总有机碳的比例在处理间差异均不显著,除k与有机碳呈显著负相关外,其他与土壤性质均无显著相关性。
