This article expounded the characteristics of Ca~(2+) transport system in skeletal muscle cells,the effects of exercise on the Ca~(2+) transport system in plama membrane,sarcoplasmic and mitochonrion,the effect of excessive higher concentration of Ca~(2+) in cytoplasm on the muscle function,in order to provide some references for researching the mechanism of skeletal muscle fatigue.

Based on the result,the test of 511 children in our country that the capabilities of children\'s gross motor development improve continuously with children\'s growth,and the different motors in different age groups show different characteristics;and the Locomotor subtest is much better than the Object control.
