【共同海损的分摊价值】共同海损牺牲、费用可获得的补偿，由获利各关系方按其财产价值所占比例分摊的所得。共同海损分摊只能以受益财产在目的港或航程终止港口的价值的总和为限。为合理起见，遭受共同海损牺牲的财产一方面可以分摊获得补偿;另一方面也应与其他分摊方在同一基础上参与本身损失的分摊。船舶的分摊价值，按船舶在航程终止港口时当地的完好价值扣除不属于共同海损损失数额计算或者按照船舶在航程终止港口时当地的实际价值加上共同海损补偿数额;货物的分摊价值，按照货物在目的港的到岸价格减除不属于共同海损的损失金额和承运人承担风险的运费或以该项货物在抵达目的港卸货完毕时的状态下的价值加上共同海损补偿数额;运费的分摊价值，按照承运人承担风险并于事后收到的运费，根据共同海损行为发生时尚未完成航程作相应比例的扣减，加上列人运费的共同海损补偿数额。
