性质:又名萎蔫酸。由尖孢镰孢霉Fusarium oxysporum产生的一种多巴胺β-羟化酶抑制剂,ID50=10-8mol/L,熔点102.5~103.5℃,能抑制去甲肾上腺素合成,有降血压作用。小鼠口服、皮下注射和静脉注射LD50分别为180mg/kg、80mg/kg和100mg/kg。临床对老年性高血压病人,每人给50~160mg可降低血压2.67~6.67kPa(20~50mmHg),还具有解酒瘾作用。
