According to the 《Bergey s Manual of Determinative Bacteriology》ninth edition (1994), 《Bergey s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology》third volume (1989) and some related materials, the pure culture the morphological, salinity test, physiological and biochemical properties, should be classified into the genus Halorhodospira.
根据以上鉴定特征及相关资料,Y菌株应归于嗜盐红螺菌属(Halorhodospira)。

The results indicated that GS1 was a novel extreme halophilic archaeon strain belonging to genus Halorubrum.
通过形态鉴定、革兰氏染色、生长盐浓度试验、Mg2+浓度试验、生长pH范围、生理生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因序列等分析,确认该菌为1株新型的极端嗜盐古菌,属于盐红菌属(Halorubrum)。

The POlar lipid composition TGD contained in the organisms is characterized by representives of the genus Haloarcula .
3％，据此，这3株菌可归入嗜盐小盒苗属（Hchoarcula）；但它们不水解淀粉，明胶不液化，不水解酪蛋白等生理生化特性不同于该属中现已正式承认的两个种，因此，本工作分离的3株菌可能是嗜盐小盒菌属一个新种。

Based on the Bergey s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology, Volume 3(1989)and the analytical results of polar lipids,the three strains could be included in the genus Haloarcula.
以《伯杰氏系统细菌学鉴定手册》第3卷(1989年)为主要依据,根据极性脂分析,这3株菌可归入嗜盐小盒菌属(Haloarcula)。
