In view of the magnesium deficiency in flue-cured tobacco leaves in South China,plot experiments were conducted in Kunming in 1996 to study the accumulation of magnesium at different growth stages of tobacco and the relation between dry matter weight and the conntents of magnesium.

According to the existed weakness of stream tube divided by handwork in the widely applied river 2D water quality model of accumulative flow rate,the principle of stream tube divided by computer is put forward and the detailed divided steps,methods and an applied case of stream tube divided by computer are given in this article.

In view of these issues, this paper suggests that genetic algorithm can be applied for well pattern and well number optimizations in order to get maximum cumulative production and best economic benefits.
