Influence of different substrate and various substrate temperature on surface morpholo-gy of gas-sensing thin film of a-Fe2O3 was studied by scanning electron microscope.

SnO_2 ink was prepared by sol-gel method, and SnO_2 gas-sensing thin films with different printing times were fabricated by printing ink onto the Al_2O_3 ceramic substrates with interdigital gold electrodes.

Based on density functional theory and the total energy plane-wave pseudopotential,the lowest-energy surfaces of several typical metal catalysts(Pt,Pd,Cu,and Ag) for CO gas sensitive thin-film are calculated,and their CO adsorption characteristics are analyzed.

In this paper,the performance of thermal sensitive thin film on porous silicon(PS) substrate,which has better thermal insulation effect and is used in MEMS,was studied.
