香茶萝卜饼

主料:白萝卜

辅料:碧螺春、小葱、火腿、面粉

调料:盐、白糖、料酒、香油

烹制方法:

1、将白萝卜切成丝,火腿、小葱切末,一起放入器皿中,加入盐、白糖、料酒、香油搅拌均匀;

2、面粉用刚泡开的碧螺春茶水和成烫面,饧发片刻后制成剂子,包入馅做成饼状,坐平底锅,倒少许油,放入萝卜饼,煎至两面金黄后,延锅边加少许水,盖上盖焖煮2分钟即可。
