The resistant scale, high resistance (HR), moderate resistance (MR), moderate susceptibility (MS) and high susceptibility (HS), were recorded according to reaction of resistance to wheat spindle streak mosaic disease (WSSM) in 560 wheat varieties (lines) tested.

Three wheat spindle streak mosaic viruses (WSSMV) resistant cultivars (‘Yining Xiaomai’,‘Xu87-633’,and ‘Xifeng’) and one susceptible cultivar (‘Zhen9523’) were used as parents of 3 crosses in this experiment.
选用3个抗梭条花叶病的小麦品种“仪宁小麦”、“徐87633”和“西风”为抗病亲本、以感病品种“镇9523”为感病亲本配制了3个杂交组合,对4个亲本及其杂种后代(F1及F2代)单株的田间抗病鉴定表明,3个抗病亲本的抗性均由核基因控制,为显性遗传方式。

The pathogenicity of WSSM has significant regional differences.
结果表明,30个小麦品种(系)对梭条花叶病毒的抗性表现为3种类型即广谱抗型、部分抗型和广谱感型;小麦梭条花叶病毒致病力有明显的区域性差异,存在着显著的致病力分化现象;病毒致病力和品种(系)间存在互作效应。
