性质:一种依赖于cGMP的蛋白激酶。它是由两条多肽链组成的丝氨酸、苏氨酸蛋白激酶。其特点:(1)需与cGMP结合后才表现酶活性;(2)能催化蛋白质中丝氨酸和苏氨酸羟基的磷酸化,但对磷酸化丝氨酸或苏氨酸周围碱性氨基酸的比例要求较高;(3)酶的激活剂、抑制剂以及活性调节作用与蛋白激酶A不同。
