Based on some main problems of forest resource information management at Huoditang forest farm,a few of key techniques benefit to the forest resource information management are put forward,for example,GIS(Geographic Information System),SIMS((Seamless Integration of Multi-source Spatial-data),MOO(Modeling for Object-Oriented databases),and Decision Suppor.
本研究以火地塘林场为例,对目前森林资源信息管理存在的问题和现状进行分析之后,探讨了地理信息系统、多源数据无缝集成、面向对象数据库建模和决策支持模型与方法等技术对森林资源数据获取、存储、管理、分析及可视化决策的关键作用和重要意义,在G IS的强大空间分析能力基础上依托森林资源相关的分析和评价模型,对森林资源实施科学管理和可持续经营。

Taking Huoditang Forest Farm for a typical example, this paper probes into some main problems of forest resource information management, and then puts forward two key techniques beneficial to scientific management of forest resource information.
用现代高新信息技术对森林资源信息进行科学、高效地管理,为森林资源可持续经营战略决策搭建先进的技术支撑平台,是森林资源可持续经营研究的重要内容,根据目前森林资源信息管理存在的问题和现状,以火地塘林场为例,探讨对森林资源信息进行科学管理的两个关键技术:(1)基于GIS集成管理图形数据和属性数据;(2)建立资源模型库,运用模型实施森林资源数据的动态更新和预测,从而避免了传统的森林资源信息管理方法中存在的一些问题,更加有利于指导森林资源的可持续经营。

本文以北京西山试验林场(简称西山林场)森林资源信息管理系统的研建作为研究课题,通过调研国内外森林资源信息管理系统的研究现状和发展趋势,针对现有森林资源信息管理中存在的问题,根据国家林业局提出的森林资源数据库建设规范、森林资源数据编码规范,以及西山林场实际管理经营情况,建立了基于GIS的西山林场森林资源信息管理系统。
