The effects of high temperature-low relative humidity,low temperature-high relative humidity and constant temperature-constant relative humidity on embryonic mortality,hatchability of fertile eggs,rate of healthy chick,weightloss rate of embryonic eggs with different ages and chick weight at birth were measured.
使用我国山鸡种蛋进行了3个人工孵化试验,每个试验设2次重复,测定在不同的孵化温度与相对湿度条件下,即高温度—低湿度、低温度—高湿度与恒温—恒湿,对胚胎发育的死亡率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率、不同胎龄胚蛋的失重率及雏山鸡出生重的影响。
补充资料：种蛋保存
温度：保存种蛋最适宜的温度为１０－１５℃。如保存时间短（５天左右），控制在１５℃较适宜；贮存５天以上时，以１１℃为宜。
湿度：保存种蛋的环境相对湿度以７０－８０％为好。湿度过高，种蛋易生霉；湿度过低，会使种蛋内的水分蒸发加快，影响孵化效果。
翻蛋与通气：种蛋内的蛋黄比重较轻，总是浮在蛋白的偏上部。为防止胚盘与蛋壳粘连，要定期翻蛋，每天最少翻１次，使蛋位转移角度达９０度以上。
此外，保存种蛋的库房或普通房舍，要保持通风良好，保证室内空气新鲜、清洁
