酥炸月季

原料: 原 料:

鲜月季花瓣100克,面粉400克,鸡蛋3个,牛奶200克,白糖100克,植物油、精盐、发酵粉各适量。

制法: (1)鸡蛋黄与白糖、牛奶搅匀后,加入面粉、植物油、精盐和发酵粉,轻轻搅成面浆。

(2)月季花瓣加糖腌渍30分钟,和入面浆,下五成热的油锅中炸酥即成。

特点: 香酥可口,活血化瘀,调经止痛
