性质: 是根据脱落酸促进离层形成引起脱落而设计的一种脱落酸鉴定方法。将浸泡至吸涨的脱绒棉花种子播在湿润的石英砂中,室温、光照下培养18~20天,从幼苗上切取外植体,培植在盛有琼脂的培养皿中,用支架固定外植体使之直立在琼脂上。在每一叶柄的切面上加一滴试药,72h后检查叶柄脱落情况,以脱落率计算其活性。
