性质: 几丁质是存在于甲壳纲动物、真菌和昆虫内的一种高聚物。几丁质合成酶是几丁质生物合成中的关键酶,而由微生物产生的几丁质合成酶抑制剂能抑制该酶的活性,阻止几丁质的生物合成,从而抑制真菌生长或阻止昆虫幼虫和蛹蜕皮达到杀虫效果。由于哺乳类动物没有几丁质代谢系统,所以筛选几丁质合成酶抑制剂,有望开发出新型的对人低毒无害的抗真菌剂和杀虫剂。
