补充资料：西瓜格兰尼塔冰
细白砂糖150克，水150毫升，西瓜1个（大约1、75千克）、新鲜橘皮和橘汁取自2只酸橙，楔形酸橙块（用于配套），6人份。
制作：
1、糖和水放入锅中加热，然后煮沸，倒入耐热碗中，冷却后冷藏。
2、将西瓜切成四瓣，去除大部分的瓜子，将
果肉放入果蔬机中简单地搅拌均匀。
3、将果汁过滤到大而浅的塑料桶或烤盘中，用过滤网去子。将冷藏后的糖浆倒入桶中或盘中，加入酸橙皮和酸橙汁混合，加盖冷冻2小时，直到混合液在容器的边缘开始成泥状时为止。用叉子将冰糕捣碎，重新放入冷冻器中冷却。
4、再冷冻2小时以上，每隔30分钟搅打一次，直到冰糕形成细小均匀的冰晶，盛入盘中，与酸橙楔形块一同食用。
