yufa渔法(fishing method)捕捞过程中的生产操作技术。从狭义的渔法讲，仅指操作渔具达到捕捞的目的;从广义的渔法讲，它还包括作业前的准备，寻找渔场，掌握渔场和鱼群探测以及渔船捕捞操作技术等。由于捕捞对象、渔场环境和使用工具的不同，渔法也有很大差异。 渔法和渔具以及经营方式(如轮作、兼作与专门化及海上综合加工等)是配套的。捕鱼技术的进步，反映的是整套技术与经营管理方法。所谓好的渔具也只能在一定技术条件、适当的渔船及装备(包括材料)、适应作业环境能力较强等条件下，才能在生产上很好地表现出来。(马志华)
