The karyotypes of three species in Triticeae of Gramineae were as follows: Elytrigia elongatum 2n=2x=14=10m+4sm(2SAT) and Pseudowroegneria strigosa 2n=2x=14=8m+6sm(2SAT) belong to the type of 2A and Elytrigia intermedium 2n=6x=42=16m+20sm(4SAT)+6(ST) belongs to 3B respectively.
首次报道了禾本科小麦族3个物种的核型,二倍体长穗偃麦草2n=2x=14=10m+4sm(2SAT),核型属于2A型;假鹅观草2n=2x=14=8m+6sm(2SAT),核型属于2A型;中间偃麦草2n=6x=42=16m+20sm(4SAT)+6st,核型属于3B型;同时,根据Stebbins的核型进化理论和分支系统学的编序、赋值方法,对核型的4个重要性状进行了分析,结果表明在这3个物种中二倍体长穗偃麦草与假鹅观草进化程度基本一致,而中间偃麦草相对进化程度较高。

大高加索山脉
大高加索山脉是亚欧分界线的其中一段山脉。
高加索中部年青的褶皱山系。在黑海和里海之间，自西北向东南延伸于俄罗斯与格鲁吉亚、阿塞拜疆的边界上，全长1，100公里以上，最宽180公里，面积约14.5万平方公里。山势陡峻，一般海拔3，000—4，000米，4，800米以上山峰15座。最高峰为厄尔布鲁土山（海拔5，642米）。可分为西、中、东高加索山三部分。海拔3，500米以上终年积雪，有冰川约2，000条，总面积1，424平方公里。邻近黑海有亚热带阔叶林。矿藏有锰、石油、天然气、铅、锌等。北麓多矿泉，为俄罗斯最大矿泉疗养区。
厄尔布鲁士山位于山脉中部,是大高加索山脉最高峰,也是欧洲最高峰。
