家族性遗传性男性性早熟


  病名。特发性男性性早熟之一。因下丘脑-垂体-性腺系统过早活动而致。原因不明。好发于1~2岁。遗传基因可通过女性,亦可通过男性传递。表现除身材较矮外,其他方面正常。但副性征出现早,13个月始即现阴茎发育,嗓音变低,出现阴毛、肌肉发达,身高增长加速,骨龄似幼儿。因睾丸酮作用使骨骺过早融合,生长很快停滞。尿17-KS排出量增多,甚至可达青年人水平。无特殊治疗。
