In order to get the different effect on steel ingot inner structure while using ultrasonic vibration under various conditions, the experiments compare with and without ultrasonic vibration on the water-cooling solidified paraffin ingot under different casting temperature and time, and gets a better ingot inner structure under a comparative lower temperature (<62 ℃) while the yield is reduced.
为了探索不同条件下使用超声振动对改善钢坯凝固组织结构的作用,试验对不同浇注温度、时间下有无超声振动的水冷凝固石蜡铸坯进行了对比研究,得到较低温度(62℃以下)时超声冷却对改善铸坯内部结构有很好的效果,但减小了收得率;浇注温度为72℃时,超声作用更多体现在搅拌石蜡液芯上,提高了铸坯的收得率,作用时间长时(20min)可以改善铸坯内部结构。

  物理学术语。原子核外层中不成对的电子质量小,但磁动性很强,可使局部磁场波动增强,促使氢质子弛豫加快,从而使T1和T2缩短,这种效应即为PEDDPRE。过渡元素和镧系元素大部分在d和f轨道有多个不成对电子,所以其离子往往具有PEDDPRE,可用来作顺磁性对比剂,如钆(Gd)。Gd在外层有7个不成对电子,具有很强的顺磁性。
