Because in the areas near singular points or in the ridge-valley regions with largely changed directions,it is difficult to obtain the correct directional information,a new method by multi-level blocks is proposed to get the block direction of the fingerprint image,and then used it to binarization of fingerprint image,obtained ideal results.
鉴于在指纹奇异点附近及方向变化较快的脊线、谷线区域,块方向信息很难精确得到,提出了一种多层次分块的指纹图像块方向的求取方法,并把这种方法用于指纹图像的二值化,取得了良好的效果。
