性质:又称高帽窑,帽罩式窑。窑墙窑顶做成活动帽罩式,可以升降的一种间歇式倒焰窑。窑底固定,有吸火孔、支烟道、将坯体码在窑底上,盖上帽罩,在窑墙周围不同高度处有烧嘴。一般可两座窑底共同一个帽罩,其中一窑煅烧时,另一窑底进行装坯。待坯体烧好后冷却到一定温度,便将帽罩移至另一已装坯的窑底,加热升温。这样就可利用部分余热。钟罩窑内温度均匀,可快速烧成,装出窑方便,可实现机械化,劳动条件较好。但对炉材要求较高。近年来发展起来的电加热钟罩式窑已在特种陶瓷生产中应用。
