性质:等离子体质谱的一种。样品引入等离子体内离子化,然后进行质谱分析。与通常电感偶合等离子体质谱(1CP-MS)不同之处在于,它是依靠感应微波产生等离子体,而且把大小适当的共振腔与微波发生器相结合。共振腔用来聚集能量,使装在共振腔中间部位的毛细管中的惰性气体(氩或氦)等离子化,样品在等离子体中电离,然后进行质谱分析。这种质谱仪的主要用途是分析溶液中的金属元素。
