Inquire into 5 ways increasing farmers′ income: to raise scientific and technology content of agriculture products, to speed up shift of agriculture labor force in rural areas, to establish perfect social service system, to promote income increase by setting model household for many households, to adjust and perfect agriculture production structure so as to promote the increase of farmers′ income.

By analysis on society base of our country present residence construction development, new concept and new idea of residence design are also clarified and some measures about how to improve scientific and technical content of residence construction are put forwards.

An analysis of the problems concerning the current state of agricultural products namely, the simplistic variety of products, the lack of science and technology content,and the environmental pollution caused by the outdated mode of production,is presented in this paper.
