In this paper,a new subpixel registration method based on wavelet analysis was proposed by improving polynomial subdivision algorithm and pixel level registration.

During the image registration,the algorithm that bases on the rectangular surface samples pixel of image sub-pixel registration is used to improve the process rate and precision.

Methods After analysis of elements of the matching algorithm, the different registration algorithm performance are evaluated by the use of a comprehensive registration error based on C ++ to be realized, which can compare with the evaluation results of traditional target registration error.
