The Gaussian weighted interpolation is used to acquires the data of the precipitation rainfall by using mathematical tool box,then adopts the distribution characters to evaluate the accuracy of two kind of weather forecast and to draw the comparing figure of theses two ways.
首先使用高斯权重插值法,借助数学工具获取实测点处的预报数据;再使用分布特征的降水定量评分方法来评价两种预报方法的准确度,并使用数学工具作出两种预报方法优劣对比的图像。
