This paper reviews the patent crisis that was encountered by the digital right management (DRM) standards of open mobile alliance (OMA), and then performs a multi-aspects analysis of patents in the whole DRM domain and analyzes other DRM standards patents.
本文回顾了开放移动联盟(OMA)推出的数字版权管理(DRM)标准遭遇到的专利危机,对整个DRM领域的专利进行了多角度分析,并分析了其他DRM相关标准的专利问题,在此基础上,提出了中国DRM标准制定工作中需要注意的专利问题及相应的对策。
