With regard to the security work of confidential files,security workers should try hard to mix the science of records management and the science of security;analyze profoundly those new problems such as the difference of security environments,the reform of security ways and the insufficiency of theoratical research which appear with the advancement of information technology.

In order to keep files secret,we should set up duties of those who manage files,readjust the secrecy level of files and deal with perfectly the relation between secrecy of flies and use ofthem.
要做好档案保密工作,必须建立档案管理人员职责,做好档案密级的调整和正确处理好档案保密与利用的关系等工作。

| 梵蒂冈秘密档案馆 Archivio Secreto Vaticano 罗马教皇的档案保管机构。是欧洲教会中收藏档案最丰富、文件最古老的档案馆。1612年教皇保罗五世建立，初期与教皇图书馆设在一起，1630年分离，开始任命专职馆长。馆藏档案最早的是4世纪形成的，多数为12世纪以后所形成。全部档案分为10类，由8个保管部分别保管，其内容包括古代写在羊皮纸上的教皇训谕，历代教皇对外交往的文件，梵蒂冈城国国务院各机构、法院系统以及有关教会公共事务、财政、商业方面的档案，还有与教皇关系密切的罗马名门望族的档案等等。该馆原来仅为教皇服务，从1878年起向学者开放。1980年新建一地下库房，装备有5 万米长的档案架。 |
