苏联的国际性图书博览会。1977年创办,每两年9月在莫斯科举办，为期一周。组织者是苏联国家出版、印刷与图书发行委员会、苏联版权局和苏联国际图书公司。展出各个门类的图书。以展销为主，也有版权交易。上午专业参观,下午对公众开放。首届时,67个国家的1531家出版社参加。1985年，参展出版社来自102个国家，展出图书20万种以上，展出面积2.5万平方米。1987年来自103个国家的3000家出版社参展。
