In this article,we have proposed the layered graph algorithm and vertex coloring algorithm for optimized traffic sequence,which use genetic algorithm to arrange the calculation order of the scheduled multicast traffic in optical networks and compared them with the algorithm that arranges traffics in temporal sequence.

Firstly,the architecture of IP multicasting which includes func-tions and mechanisms of multicasting in IP layer is discussed in details,standard multicast service model and source-specific multicast model are analized and compared,trends and issues of IP multicasting are also given.

According to BCMCS technologies, the paper provides the technical requirements of wireless communication in broadcast and multicast sevices.

A network model was developed for dynamic multicast traffic grooming with resource constraints and an algorithm which can provide quality of service (QoS) was proposed.
