体育活动态度(attitude toward sports)运动员或普通人对体育活动所持的评价和行为倾向。它是由对体育的认知、情感和意向三因素所构成的比较持久、稳定的个体内在结构，是人对待或从事体育活动时调节外界刺激与个体反应之间的中介因素。它决定人对其有好感或恶感、积极或消极、接近或回避等。主要包括对学校体育的态度、对竞技运动的态度、对运动员和运动集体的态度、对比赛的态度、对胜败的态度以及运动员的社会态度等。其形成主要依赖于防卫机制的缓和(紧张情绪的缓解、人与人之间关系的亲近)、模仿(有意或无意)、条件反射的形成(对体育活动的积极经验与情绪体验的重复、消极经验的消退)、认知转变(改变认知角度、超越自我为中心，站在他人或集体立场上看问题)、同一步调行动(按集体行动规范与社会成员共同从事体育活动)和任务行动(采取任务所要求、集体所期待的行动)。 (刘淑慈撰马启伟市)
