Digital video supervision system was introduced firstly in this paper, and then the digital video supervision system was designed from hardware system and software system, the general framework design schemes according to them and transmission model of video network were proposed.

This article discussed the Internet environment of the Web site of the great changes in flow cases through different network transmission models and Web service models to achieve its QoS control,and to achieve high scalability,high performance,cost-effective Web environment.
