目（目巟）（目巟） 目（目巟）（目巟） 证名。出《素问·藏气法时论》等篇。《太平圣惠方》卷三十三：“视物昏暗，故谓之（目巟）（目巟）也。”《素问·藏气法时论》：“肝病者，……虚则目（目巟）（目巟）如无所见，耳无所闻，善恐，如人将捕之。”又《灵枢·经脉》：“肾足少阴之脉，……是动则病坐而欲起，目（目巟）（目巟）如无所见。”说明肝肾受病均能引起视力减退，目视（目巟）（目巟）。治宜补肝明目，滋补肝肾。方用青羊肝散、一贯煎加减。参见目昏条。
