With the all-around opening-up of banking in China,the competition between Chinese banks and foreign banks is fierce in-creasingly.

In order to realize the former goal,foreign banks excluded and supplanted domestic banks;counterpunches by domestic banks,therefore,had the property to maintain China s sovereignty,and thus,they were both rivals and reliers.

In recent years,the domestic bank was speeding up the bank reform in many aspects such as management idea,organization construction,business process,and so on.

There will be intensive competition between domestic bank and foreign capital bank on this field.

Started with the analysis on liabilities, assets, intermediate services and off-balanced services of Chinese commercial banks, their current situations, developing trends, present problems and contributing causes are researched systematically.

Base on the theory of enterprise ability,this article did empirical research on competitive power with 15 Chinese banks and foreign banks in Shanghai.
