In this paper,the author lists the varied disobey phenomenon on related to disobey reader;analyses mentality complication of bring these phenomenon;brings forward the view looked on these pnenomenon and the readers;and the measures of reducing or abstaining these phenomenon.

By defining it,this essay analyzes the cause of readers breaking rules,and puts forward some measures to void readers breaking rules as well as the art of dealing with the problem of breaking rules with the human touch and helping readers correct their wrong behavior.
