Through the analysis on the present situation of university s scientific research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for giving full play to the latent capacity of university higher-post personnel, especially the young and middle-aged higher-post personnel in scientific research.

In order to research the relationship between hemorrheology and socio-psychology of middle-young people with pharyngeal abnormal sense, 486 patients with pharyngeal abnormal sense were stated and analysed in distribution of age groups.

This paper adopts questionnaire survey,structural interview and other methods to study and analyse the actuality of plateau phenomenon of 51 young and middle-aged librarians in university libraries,and brings forward the practicability to deal with the above plateau phenomenon with the chaos theory.
