Based on BMNSM(Bio-inspired Multidimensional Network Security Model),this paper briefly stated Three-Net Paralleling(TNP) mode and proved its state attribute.

In conjunction with construction practices at the West Access line,the project combines three lines in parallel,overhead crossing of two lines,steep gradient,small radi- us of curvature,and shallow overburden that amount to multiple problems integrated into one set which is also rarely seen in the same running section during the construction of Shanghai Rail Transit in its history.

The structure, technical parameters of high temperature superconductor (HTS) power cable system of Puji substation, that locates in Yunnan province, China and put into operation since April, 2004, as well as its on-line operation condition are presented and the technical indices of this project are compared with these of coordinative items in United States and Denmark.

A concurrent design system and its design decision method for parts machining precision is put forward, the constraint analysis of parts machining is discussed and the feature driven machining technology of concurrent network is studied.
